Lite administration work also required. Candidate must be articulate, organized and detail oriented. Very fast paced environment with a group of fun, professional co workers. Candidate MUST know DU and be well versed in stated income and jumbo loans. Must have experience with different banks such as WAMU and New Century etc. Understanding high end loans is a MUST. Must follow up on closings with escrow and lenders. Compensation includes many perks including per file bonus. NO out of state candidates please.
